Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of patients and families? At Carle Health, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our collaborative team of outpatient behavioral health professionals. You’ll be part of a vibrant department that includes 10 physicians, APPs, and 10 psychologists and counselors, all committed to our mission and values.

Your Role

In this dynamic position, you will :

• Provide phone triage, education, and support to our outpatient behavioral health population, ages 5 and up.
• Multi-task effectively by returning phone calls, managing portal messages, and assisting during clinic hours.
• Coordinate care for patients ranging from ages 0 to 150, ensuring they receive the best possible support.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $30.39 - $52.27 per hour . This range reflects our commitment to fair compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members.
