Staff Accountant

Vaco is seeking a Staff Accountant for a financial services organization in Tempe, AZ!

Responsibilities include :

Handling daily cash deposit entries, preparing financial reports, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and contributing to financial analysis and reporting activities.

Journal entry preparation, bank reconciliations, preparing and processing invoices

Collaborate with other departments to research and resolve discrepancies

Assist with the preparation of documentation for the annual audit

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance  (Required)

At least 2 years of accounting experience, exposure to full cycle accounting

Experience in NetSuite (Preferred ) and advanced Excel (Required)

Strong organizational and time management skills are highly recommended.

Salary $65-75k
