This position will require foot patrol and physical activity.

A CURRENT ARIZONA GUARD CARD IS REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals / vehicles.
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures.
• Monitor and detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft or other criminal behavior.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol the interior and exterior perimeter to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Warn violators of infractions (e.g., loitering, smoking, possession of prohibited items).
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms and emergencies by contacting local first responders.
• Identify and report safety, security breaches, or unusual circumstances in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports / documents).
• Ensure all rules / regulations are enforced and followed.
• Other duties as determined by Management.
