Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation
Take full ownership of the respective sales P&L, delivering against ambitious quarterly and annual revenue targets.Lead the complete sales lifecycle : prospecting, pipeline development, deal negotiation, contract execution, and seamless client onboarding.Drive large, strategic transactions to closure while progressing multiple smaller opportunities simultaneously.Sell value-driven service and solution offerings through consultative and solution-based methodologies.Pipeline Development
Develop, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline using cold outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events.Leverage personal networks to gain early access to key decision-makers.Collaborate closely with marketing and demand generation teams to optimize inbound / outbound efficiency and reduce sales cycles.Stay ahead of market shifts, competitor strategies, and buyer trends to position differentiated solutions.Actively contribute to market research and industry forums to strengthen brand reputation.Partner with different teams to deliver a seamless client experience, from onboarding through ongoing engagement.Reporting & Governance
Provide weekly / monthly reporting on pipeline health, revenue performance, win / loss analysis, and client activity.Monitor client margins and profitability, ensuring sustainable account growth.Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.Key Requirements
4+ years of progressive sales and relationship management experience in financial services or fund / asset management sectors.Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets and driving wallet share growth within existing clients.Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure competitive yet profitable deals.Consultative, solutions-based approach with outstanding negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.Comfort with complex service delivery models, integrations, and regulatory frameworks.Willingness to travel for client meetings, pitches, and industry events.Location
