Senior Manager, Creative Agency Management

We are seeking a strategic, impact‑oriented Senior Manager, Creative Agency Management to join the Marketing Services team as part of the Global Marketing Engines & Experiences organization. In this role you will shape and advance Microsoft’s agency management practice, develop innovative creative agency models, and drive a Frontier Marketing mindset.

Key responsibilities include :

• Build and maintain a high‑performing creative agency roster driven by stakeholder needs, fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners and adapting to market trends and emerging technologies.
• Lead the definition of vision and strategy for agency change, communication and interaction across the organization, ensuring effective change‑management processes.
• Provide insight and evaluate success criteria and performance metrics, using scorecards and dashboards to monitor creative agency health across the portfolio.
• Evaluate and enhance agency operational touchpoints, integrating data‑driven insights into business scorecards and performance metrics to deliver measurable impact.
• Share best practices across commercial stakeholder and agency portfolio to socialize policies, processes, and ways of working.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize advertising relationships across Microsoft, enhancing creative impact across all channels, especially social and digital platforms.
• Stay informed on industry shifts and emerging technologies in the creative agency landscape to recommend forward‑thinking engagement and commercial models.
• Oversee agency health assessments, collaborative check‑ins, and training programs to ensure compliance and foster growth, innovation, and productive relationships.
• Embody and promote Microsoft’s culture and values.
