job_description.job_card.job_descriptionExperience in multiple system environments Background in designing, developing, and testing databases Azure Cloud experience, particularly in building databases from the ground up Experience with cloud computing concepts such as DataBricks, Data Lakes, Data Warehouse Strong SQL and performance improvement background Good understanding of building data pipelines and Snowflake workflows Extensive experience in PLSQL and performance tuning Identify and document business requirements for risk management processes Design and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions, including configurations and integrations Analyze risk data using ServiceNow Performance Analytics to track KPIs and generate reports Provide training and support to business users on the ServiceNow IRM platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive risk management approach Manage vendor risks and support business continuity planning Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues Propose and implement innovative solutions to address complex challenges Inclusive and diverse work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive team culture and collaborative work atmosphere

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation techniques
- Experience with ServiceNow IRM, particularly the IRM module
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and develop solutions to complex problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks such as FCPA, GDPR, or ISO 37001
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management
