Job Summary
Palmyra Harbour Condominium Association is seeking a Clubhouse Event Attendant who provides the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of clubhouse event spaces. They ensure that rooms are clean, safe, and properly configured for various events including weddings, parties, showers, dances, etc.
Key Responsibilities :
Event Setup & Breakdown : Transport and set up / breakdown tables, chairs, and dance floor in the event hall and / or garden.
Event Space Maintenance : Perform light cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, clean bathrooms, restock supplies and trash removal.
Greet event attendees, vendors, and verify their identity with a friendly, welcoming demeaner.
Ensure a safe environment for all attendees, and ensure guests remain in designated areas.
Qualifications :
Must be at least 18-years old.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to lift over 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment :
Fast-paced, event-driven settings.
Irregular hours depending on event schedules (Weekends A Must).
Indoor and outdoor work may be required.
Pay :
Hourly Rate : $15.49 Plus Gratuity.
