No experience working in the Applied Behavior Analysis field? No problem!
We’ll train you in everything you need to know about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) , and you’ll keep learning through ongoing professional development. You’ll work closely with BCBAs, gain real hands-on experience, and have the chance to move up into senior clinical roles over time.

Job Summary
Stride Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1 : 1 with children with autism under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . The RBT will implement treatment plans designed to enhance communication, self-help, social, and play skills. This role requires a high level of professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.
Stride's Program
Stride’s center-based ABA program for preschool learners (ages 2-6) utilizes both structured and natural teaching strategies. Our full-day programs allow for predictable and manageable scheduling that results in superior client outcomes and enhanced quality of life for therapists. Our clinical team provides training and supervision that prepares you, the therapist, to positively impact the lives of the children we serve and their families.
