Job Description

(FFI) is the world\'s leading supplier of semiconductor test and measurement products that power electronic systems used in computing, consumer technology, automotive, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and other applications.

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across specialized technical and business functions within the semiconductor testing industry. This strategic role will serve as a trusted advisor to technical and corporate leaders, driving talent acquisition strategies that support innovation, product development, and global scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Partnering : Collaborate with hiring managers across R&D, engineering, FAB operations, and corporate functions to understand current and future workforce needs. Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent for critical roles in semiconductor test development, probe card engineering, and advanced manufacturing.
• Specialized Sourcing Expertise

Build pipelines of highly skilled candidates in areas such as operational leadership, test engineering, RF / microwave design, MEMS fabrication, mechanical and electrical engineering, and project engineering.

Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate competencies, ensuring alignment with FormFactor\'s innovation-driven culture, values and performance standards.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition intake, strategic sourcing, candidate evaluation, debrief facilitation, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

Promote FormFactor\'s leadership in semiconductor test and measurement solutions through targeted outreach, industry / community events, and digital engagement.

Provide consultative coaching and training on interview techniques, structured assessments, and inclusive hiring practices tailored to technical and operational roles.

Ensure recruiting practices align with federal, state, and international employment laws, export control regulations, and internal policies.

Leverage ATS and analytics tools to monitor recruitment metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in hiring efficiency and quality.

Partner with HR, workforce planning, and business unit leaders to align recruiting strategies with product roadmaps, customer demand, and global manufacturing capacity.

Skills

Education & Experience

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor\'s degree; or 6 years and a Master\'s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience. Required.
