Requirements :

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Special Education or related field

Active Minnesota Special Education teaching license

Experience working in a school-based setting preferred

Strong understanding of IEPs and compliance requirements

Duties :

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Provide specialized instruction and interventions

Monitor and document student progress

Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
