Job Description

  • Govern and coordinate all relevant IT Cyber / Technology control activities, from scheduling, testing, maintenance and finally issuance of control deficiencies
  • Lead and drive Cyber / Technology Controls programs and initiatives
  • Measure effectiveness of cyber / technology controls in place
  • Partner with corporate groups to ensure successful completion of testing program in the fiscal year
  • Ensure regular and continuous assessment of Cyber / Technology Controls ensuring consistency
  • Build a culture within and outside the team that is forward focused on control effectiveness in risk reduction
  • Contribute to the technical understanding and adoption of information security and operational standards, solutions and tools
  • Perform in-depth risk and control assessment and design reviews of Cyber / Technology products and platforms
  • Drive maturity of technology control library and align to industry best practices
  • Keep up to date with emerging technology, techniques and practices in the drive to continuous testing through automation
  • Own the roadmap for automation, drive prioritization of the roadmap deliverables

Qualifications :

  • Experience in leading an Information Technology 1st line of defense IT Controls testing team, including the implementation of associated frameworks or industry best practices (COBIT, SOX, ITIL, etc)
  • Strong understanding of cyber / technology controls within a financial organization
  • 12+ years of work experience in areas of governance, testing, infrastructure and applications
  • Leading and managing global teams strategically and tactically
