Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A leading elementary school in Kent, WA is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1 : 1 behavior support to students during the school year. This contract position offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis within an educational setting, directly impacting student growth and success.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver individualized 1 : 1 behavior support to students using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with the educational team
• Collect accurate data on student progress and behaviors to inform ongoing treatment
• Maintain consistent communication with teachers, therapists, and caregivers regarding student needs and progress
• Assist in creating a supportive and safe learning environment tailored to individual behavioral goals
