Position : RN-Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

Monitor and assess patients' conditions during procedures.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Engage in performance measurement and feedback processes.

Support the achievement of departmental targets and goals.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Evaluate and implement best practices to improve patient care.

Stay updated on advancements in cardiac care and nursing practices.

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Cath Lab equipment.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Experience / Qualifications

Current RN license in Florida with a focus on cardiac care.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Eagerness to stay updated on advancements in cardiac nursing practices.

Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or similar critical care environment.

Strong assessment skills to monitor patients during procedures.

Willingness to engage in performance measurement and feedback processes.

Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.

Ability to evaluate and implement best practices in patient care.

Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
