Job Title

Key Accountabilities Include

  • Understand and follow PMO process and transition local solutions processes for APAC region into PMO managed projects
  • Be able to identify and scope WMS / CL solutions
  • Be able to identify and scope international solutions (CW1)
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with customer requirements
  • Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations, including international trade processes, customs regulations, and various transportation modes (air, ocean, ground).
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough needs assessments and develop solutions tailored to specific customer requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, etc.) a plus.
  • Ability to travel internationally occasionally may be required.
  • May be required to attend conference calls outside of normal working hours during critical phases of new deployments.

    Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a software project lead, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry

  • Compensation and Benefits

    Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state / local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education / professional certifications, qualifications / experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

    The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $92,700 - $132,400 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
