Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership within a growing food and beverage manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be a master multitasker with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the executive team (CEO, COO, CFO, or VP-level).
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal departments to ensure clear communication and timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and tracking of action items.
  • Assist with company events, board meetings, and strategic planning activities.
  • Maintain discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Support special projects and initiatives related to production, supply chain, and customer partnerships.
  • Track and process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and enhance executive efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in the food & beverage , CPG , or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
