Job Type : Full-time (minimum 35 clients per week) | Part-time (minimum 15 clients per week)

Required Qualifications :

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or in the process of completing a supervised professional experience Clinical Fellow Year (CFY)
• Current Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) License in Illinois
• Illinois Early Intervention (EI) Credential or actively in the process of obtaining (we can assist)
• Experience working with the pediatric population (ages birth to 3)
• Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and practices

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide one-on-one therapy services to children aged birth to 3 years in their natural settings, such as home and daycare environments
• Implement treatment plans and protocols developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Meet with the supervisor on a monthly basis to review progress and ensure effective service delivery
• Follow and support Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals, track and monitor each child's progress
• Deliver family home education programs to empower parents and caregivers in supporting speech and language development
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with company policies and state / federal regulations
