The Senior Mcm Doctrine & Tactics Analyst will provide expertise in the design, execution, and assessment of mine countermeasures (MCM) exercises and scenarios. They will support the development and validation of MCM-related Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), ensuring gaps are identified and addressed through tactically relevant events. This role includes observing and analyzing exercise execution, reconstructing events, and contributing to reports that evaluate system, sensor, and crew performance. The analyst will ensure findings directly inform the refinement of MCM doctrine and operational tactics to enhance fleet effectiveness.

You will :

• Support and design test and data collection plans for exercises.
• Serve as observer aboard exercise units to coordinate observation and data collection efforts to support doctrine and tactical development.
• Develop exercise messages and reports.
• Support reconstruction of exercise events.
• Support doctrine / TTP validation and product modifications.
• Analyze exercise results IAW the Execution Plan.
• Support new concept tactical development and emerging system analysis.
