Description : Job Summary :

The Warehouse Associate is a dependable and hardworking team member responsible for accurately receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory in the warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and customer-focused, with a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing reliable service and support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Warehouse Duties :

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Pick, pack, label, ship and stage customer orders for delivery or pickup
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using a warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Participate in physical inventories of stock
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse space
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
  • Load / unload trucks and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
  • Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
  • Other duties and responsibilities as requested by management

Requirements :

Qualifications & Skills :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must submit a background check and drug screen
  • 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse tools and safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (email, inventory systems, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Works well with others
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Experience in wholesale, distribution, or appliance parts industry
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified)
  • Knowledge of local delivery routes and traffic patterns
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift and move products up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

    • Work Environment :

  • The role is based in a warehouse or distribution center setting, which may involve exposure to warehouse conditions (e.g., temperature variations, noise, etc.).
  • Flexible work hours may be required to meet the needs of the business.
