A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor for engineering and product leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide coaching and guidance on HR matters, including career development and performance management
Support leaders in formulating people strategies to build high-performing teams
Spearhead HR programs related to employee engagement and development initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
Experience supporting engineering and / or product teams in a technology company
Strong business acumen in employee engagement and compliance with US employment law
Experience designing and implementing HR programs with solid project management skills
