Your Role in Our Road to Success :

Greet customers and assess their service needs

Provide accurate estimates and clear communication regarding repairs or maintenance

Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers

Work with the service team to ensure timely and quality repairs

Keep customers informed on their service progress and ensure satisfaction

Be a key team member in maintaining a smooth and efficient service department

What Were Looking For :

Previous service advisor or automotive service experience (RV or Marine a plus!)

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Ability to upsell services and create value for customers

Weekend availability
