Coordinator, Paid Social
As Coordinator, Paid Social at Mod Op, you will be in a key role managing and implementing paid social campaigns across multiple social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. This is not a content creation role. Content will be provided in most cases, by client teams and / or internal creative teams.
Success in this role will be determined by your ability to implement quickly without error, contribute to improving operational processes, accuracy / efficiency in completing deliverables, quick responses to client requests and a natural curiosity to learn more and grow in the organization.

Essential Functions
Manage day-to-day paid social campaigns and optimization to achieve client goals, including :
Build and optimize paid social campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization and campaign set up, implementation and management.Develop audience strategies and manage bidding / optimization.Support the Paid Social Lead with the day-to-day management of campaigns, reporting, and related tasks.Ongoing use of reporting, analytics and trend tools for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and optimizationWork closely with third-party vendors such as Facebook to ensure implementation of recommendations and follow best practices for processes.Manage creative projects with our internal team or the client and keep track of deadlines, feedback, and other vital project details.Consistently look for ways to improve current processes or introduce innovative approaches that will contribute to Mod Op's success.
