Permanent Family Medicine with OB & C-Section – $250K Sign-On | Algona, IA

Location : Algona, Iowa

Schedule : Daytime clinic + shared call

Call : OB / Hospitalist 1 : 9 | C-section 1 : 3

Position Highlights

Full-spectrum Family Medicine with deliveries and C-sections

Practice alongside a collaborative team in a 25-bed hospital

Two affiliated family medicine clinics + home care, hospice, public health

OB and hospitalist call : 1 : 9 | C-section call : 1 : 3

Candidate Requirements (All Required)

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

(Must become BC within 1 year of employment if BE)

Iowa medical license or IMLC eligibility (must obtain prior to start)

OB Fellowship-trained (must complete prior to start)

Clear interest and ability to perform C-sections (must be documented in submission)

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation : Highly competitive salary (discussed at interview)

Sign-On Bonus : $250,000
