Hospital's Women's & Children's Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible OB‐GYN who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Come join our team of 3 fulltime physicians and 1 nurse practitioner and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.

Opportunity Details :

Outpatient Rural Health Clinic

Four 10‐hour days per week

Average of 13‐17 patients per day. For providers averaging 15+ patients per day who intend to continue to increase their capacity, a scribe can be provided

11 exam rooms, 1 non‐stress testing room with up‐to‐date equipment, 2 ultrasound machines for clinic use

Behavioral health on‐site for consultation and warm handoff

1 : 3 call

Dedicated Family Birthing Center with certified lactation consultant services

Epic EMR integrated in clinic and hospital setting

Very competitive total compensation opportunity (450k+)

RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold

Quality incentives up to $110,000 annually, Commencement bonus of $40,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, Student loan assistance
