Medical Device Quality Inspector

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a medical device manufacturer in the Morrisville area recruit Medical Device Quality Inspector to join their team.

These are direct hire opportunities working Monday-Friday 6am-3pm.

Responsibilities : Clean, deburr, and refine 3D printed metal parts using tweezers, scalpels, and other small hand tools.

Work under a microscope to ensure fine details meet quality specifications.

Inspect parts for defects, excess material, or imperfections, and make necessary adjustments.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and accuracy.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency.

Communicate with team members and supervisors about quality issues or improvements.

Adhere to safety regulations and proper handling of materials, tools and chemical baths.

Requirements : Experience with small parts handling, fine motor work, or precision assembly is preferred, but not required Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.

Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Comfortable using small hand tools such as tweezers, scalpel blades, or fine sanders.

Must have experience with micrometers and calipers Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully.

Previous experience in metal finishing, jewelry making, watch repair, dental lab work, or similar fields is a plus.
