Lead Product Manager

The Lead Product Manager will own a smaller product or one or more product features within a complex product. He / she will be responsible for developing a commercially successful product strategy and lead the execution, working directly with the delivery team, with minimal guidance. He / she will represent the product domain to peers and managers within the company, and externally when required. In addition, he / she will manage a small team with responsibility for the recruitment, development, and success of this team.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus : Demonstrates deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor landscape, aligning team efforts and processes to meet segmented customer demands.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis : Uses data and KPIs to guide decisions, track progress, and coach others in effective analysis and problem-solving.
  • Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle : Leads go-to-market planning and execution, including development of marketing materials and coordination with customer-facing teams.
  • Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle : Manages full product lifecycle independently, from planning through release, with strong SDLC and agile process knowledge.
  • Strategy & Commercial Acumen : Aligns product vision with business strategy, leveraging competitive insights and ROI analysis to drive growth and investment decisions.
  • Technical Skills : Applies high-level understanding of technology stack and data tools to support product development and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Personal Capability : Proactively manages personal development through feedback, learning from experience, and aligning growth with business needs.
  • Solves Problems and Analyzes Issues : Effectively identifies, analyzes, and resolves problems using information from multiple sources.

Requirements

  • Suggested minimum years of experience as a Product Manager - 6 years
  • Released new product or product features to the market, from collaborative conceptualization to execution to post-release management.
  • Active coaching of others leading to individual and team development.
  • Education to Qualify : Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential. MBA or management degree desirable.

    Position is eligible for base salary plus an annual bonus.

    The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Hawaii, Minnesota, and Colorado : $113100 - 188500 USD

    The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Illinois, Maryland, and Washington : $118700 - 197900 USD

    The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for California and Washington DC : $130100 - 216800 USD

    The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for New York and New Jersey : $124500 - 207400 USD
