Sanford Health is seeking a BC / BE Otolaryngologist to join the collegial group of energetic ENT and Audiology providers in Fargo, ND.

Practice Details

Current physician group consists of five otolaryngologists that subspecialize in head & neck cancer, pediatrics, neuro-otology, and general

7 Audiologists and 4 APPs

Opportunity to build your practice in any / all of the following areas : general ENT, laryngology, sleep, facial plastics, pediatrics, rhinology and otology

Block Time in OR and Same Day Surgery

Call currently is 1 : 6 with the option of facial trauma call

Large primary care referral base

Subspecialists service population : over 1 million

Opportunity to teach medical students, surgery residents, as well as IM and FM residents

Sanford Health offers Nationally Competitive two-year guarantee with an additional Physician Benefit package including, 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, Paid CME, Paid Time Away, Malpractice, Disability,  Relocation Allowance.

Competitive compensation package includes :

• Compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
