Location : One FT in our Sequim Office and Two FT in our Main Office in Port Angeles, WA (no remote work)
Full-Time / Exempt
Pay Range : $70,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE / DOQ)
Hours : 40 / week, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM
About the Role
Join our outpatient clinical team and provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. As a Mental Health Therapist, you’ll deliver diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention tailored to each client’s strengths, needs, and cultural background.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and / or group therapy.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and community partners.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldExperience working with individuals with serious, persistent mental illnessKnowledge of DSM diagnoses, evidence-based practices, and recovery-oriented careStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsPreferred :
Minimum 2 years’ experience in mental / behavioral healthWashington State independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)Additional Requirements
