HR Coordinator

This very impactful position is responsible for the employee onboarding experience ensuring our new employees navigate this process successfully as well as supporting our existing team members. The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting a designated hospital leadership group and also focuses on compliance, payroll, benefits, employee engagement, Workers Compensation, Unemployment, and the performance appraisal process.

Core Responsibilities

• Conducts new employee orientation
• Responsible for the employee onboarding process
• Responsible for HR compliance with respect to ongoing employee training, assessments, and related documentation
• Assists with worker's compensation, unemployment appeals and employee relations as requested
• Assists in planning and executing employee morale activities
• Updates HRIS as needed
