Key Responsibilities
Conducts audits on claims, customer service inquiries, and enrollment activities, supporting internal audit functions
Maintains documentation for audit reviews and collaborates with team members to resolve audit issues
Utilizes internal tools to communicate findings and ensures corrective actions are documented and followed up on
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Claims, Membership, or Customer Service
Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and claims processing
Experience with audit and analytical functions is preferred
Knowledge of FEP and related tools is desired
