GENERAL JOB SUMMARY : Teach the provided State Nurse Aide curriculum and supervise students in both lab and clinical settings. The curriculum consists of 30 hours of lecture and 25 hours of lab skills held in a classroom / lab setting, and 30 hours of clinical. The course meets face-to-face from 7 : 30-9 : 15 AM every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from August - December. Clinicals will be completed within the month of November and will be flexible times (typically weekends and after school hours).

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES WITH / WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION :

Position involves sitting, standing and / or walking most of the time in a classroom / laboratory / clinic setting. Constant (67-100%) reaching, standing, walking, lifting, dexterity, grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, and viewing various types of close visual work. Frequent (34-66%) stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, carrying, and perceiving attributes of objects such as size, shape, temperature or texture by touching. Exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally (10-33%). Will travel to other on-campus facilities, off-campus facilities and agencies to teach, attend meetings, etc.
