Director of Business Development

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development - Capture & Growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the Segment capture function and manage the Segment gate process

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement capture strategies

Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of experience

Proven track record of successful capture management focused on winning executable programs

Extensive experience leading and managing capture within large, complex systems

Familiarity with Black Hats, Win Strategy Workshops, and the Capture Gate Process

Strong understanding of different contracting methods required
