• 24-hour call shifts from 8 am - 8 am, out of house coverage
• 1 - 2 weeks per month ongoing
• 3 - 5 patient encounters per shift with average 4 patients
• 1 admission per shift average
• Level III NICU setting
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
