Corporate Attorney | Up to $210K Base + Bonus | New Jersey

Newark, NJ — We are actively seeking a Corporate Associate to join a Newark-based firm as headcount is increased.

The Role

  • Provide legal counsel on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and governance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Conduct due diligence and assist with corporate document matters, including structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex deals.
  • Advise clients on compliance, keeping up to date with Federal and New Jersey state corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
