Forklift Operator / Material Handler
Ryder is immediately hiring for a permanent, full-time Forklift Operator / Material Handler in Wilmington, Illinois. Warehouse positions pay weekly.
Hourly pay $18.50 per hour. Additional pay : $1000 sign on bonus (half paid at 30 days, other half paid at 90 days). $0.25 pay increase after 90 days and 180 days. $0.50 increase after 1 year. $3.00 per hour productivity bonus on average. Overtime pay $27.75 per hour. Schedule : Sunday - Tuesday 5 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm, and Wednesday 5 : 00 am - 10 : 45 am.

Requirements

Responsibilities
Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle countingPerforming duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contractResponsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucksResponsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of productionPerforming duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contractPerforms other duties as assigned.Ryder is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and drug free workplace.
