What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for service customers via phone, text, and email.
Schedule service appointments and manage follow-up communication with professionalism and energy.
Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to create seamless customer experiences.
Contribute to our mission of World Domination by exceeding customer expectations daily.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and people skills —you love talking to customers.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed.
Comfort with computers, phones, and CRM systems .
Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
