The Assets Protection team plays a critical role in safeguarding our team, guests, and brand through proactive measures against theft and fraud. You will build relationships with store leaders and local law enforcement to enhance security practices.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests as they enter the store, creating a friendly atmosphere.

Maintain security standards across the property, ensuring a safe shopping experience for everyone.

Respond promptly to security incidents and correctly document them in our systems.

Utilize de-escalation tactics to manage potential conflicts effectively.

Assist in theft recovery efforts while adhering to company policies.

Conduct merchandise checks to prevent losses at the front of the store.

Foster a culture of ethical behavior, safety, and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Compliance with state or local licensing requirements.

Physical Requirements

Ability to climb ladders and apprehend individuals per company policy.

Capability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds.

Must maintain mobility throughout the shift.
