MY Amazing client is hiring!!! Property Manager – Industrial & Commercial Real Estate | Bay Area!!

Are you an experienced property management professional with a passion for industrial and commercial assets? We’re seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties in the Bay Area, with a strong emphasis on financial operations and reporting.

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage the daily operations of industrial and commercial properties, ensuring tenant needs are met and assets are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Take charge of financial activities, including preparing budgets, analyzing variance reports, handling accruals, CAM reconciliations, and maintaining ledgers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, providing responsive service and ensuring lease compliance.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, coordinate service delivery, and monitor project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective results.
  • Utilize Yardi and other property management software to support accurate reporting and efficient portfolio management.

What You Bring :

  • Demonstrated experience managing industrial and / or commercial real estate assets.
  • Advanced financial skills, including hands-on experience with budgeting, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management / accounting platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Active California Real Estate License (required).
