We are currently looking for Product Transfer Operators / Sanitizers in Eden Prairie

$20 - $21 per hour

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays, Short Term Disability

The shift is as follows :

3rd Sunday-Thursday 10 : 00pm-6 : 00am

Job Duties for this role include :

  • Ensure that all available "compounding" tanks and equipment (hoses, pumps, totes, etc) are clean and sanitized.
  • Ensure the transfer of products is done in a safe and timely manner without jeopardizing quality.
  • Document the cleaning and sanitizing of all tanks and equipment in the designated logs.
  • Understand and maintain a culture of "lean action" within the department so that we live lean better than any organization.
  • Perform other work as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements :

  • Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
  • Experience in quality and 5s in a lean environment a plus.
  • Need to read and write at a 12th grade level.
  • Can read and follow procedures, processes and specifications written in English.
  • Can demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Can follow directions accurately and safely.
