Compensation :
$84,900 - $125,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Recruit, coach, and retain talented real estate professionalsLead with empathy and clarity to build a culture of collaboration and careCoach agents to reach personal and financial goalsDeliver dynamic presentations and run engaging team meetingsTrack growth metrics and lead the Market Center to profitable successPromote Keller Williams’ family-first, values-based cultureServe as a point of contact for new buyer and seller inquiriesCommunicate with clients via phone, text, and emailGather client information and understand their real estate needsCoordinate with licensed agents to schedule consultations and toursMaintain consistent communication throughout the client journeySupport administrative follow-up and documentation as neededQualifications :
3+ years in sales, leadership, real estate sales, and coachingExperience in recruiting, team-building, or business developmentBusiness-minded with a passion for peopleNY State Real Estate LicenseExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build rapport quickly and professionallyComfortable working with clients and managing follow-up tasksAbout Company
