Optical Network Engineer

A company is looking for an Optical Network Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Implement complex upgrades of equipment on customer networks without service disruption

Develop and present end-to-end network modernization solutions

Create and manage Engineering Method of Procedures (EMOP) for network projects

Required Qualifications

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

5-8 years of experience in live network migration and telecommunications consulting

Familiarity with Verizon Business tools is a plus

Ability to work unusual hours and handle high-stress situations

Self-motivated and customer-focused
