Grant Consultants Ltd is currently seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead and manage the company’s purchasing and sourcing activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and maintaining high-quality standards in line with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Forecast procurement needs and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Review and analyze purchase requests, quotations, and bids to ensure best value.
- Monitor and report on key procurement metrics to drive process improvements.
- Manage procurement budgets and track expenses to optimize cost efficiency.
