Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with the litigation process under supervision.
• Review the work of paralegals and clerks.
• Prepare all documents related to litigation, including drafting motions, briefs, memoranda of law, etc.
• Screen documents for privilege.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a minimum background investigation of 7 or 10 years.

Target salary range : $79,140 - $91,010. This range reflects typical salaries based on experience and other factors.
