Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus). Experience with ERP applications is a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CIA, or CPA are preferred.

Senior IT Auditor (Hybrid Miami, FL)
ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for a Senior IT Auditor to join a dynamic and growing team in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven professional with public accounting experience, a strong IT audit skill set, and a passion for identifying and assessing IT risks across various technology environments.

This is a direct-hire, full-time (FTE) position. Candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization. We are not accepting resumes from outside firms, vendors, or third-party recruiters (no C2C or brokering).
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct audits of general IT controls and system application controls to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
- Assess the effectiveness and adequacy of IT controls across corporate offices and subsidiaries.
- Execute audits professionally and in line with industry standards.
- Evaluate and review SOC reports.
- Report audit findings and recommendations to management.
- Perform special audits and reviews as requested by management and the Senior Director of Internal Audit.
- Track and manage audit progress, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met.
- Assist in implementing audit recommendations and IT strategies.
