$5-$10 / hr Float Pool differential based on cross-training.

Your Role :

As a Registered Nurse in our Float Pool, you will :

Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver top-notch patient care.

Prioritize nursing interventions based on patient needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and excellent service.

Participate in bedside shift reports, safety huddles, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding.

Qualifications :

Kansas Registered Nurse License.

BCLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or expected within 4 years of employment.
