At CCMC, our The Rental Coordinator will respond to member rentals and guests with a high level of energy providing professional, respectful service while performing a variety of membership service support duties.

The Rental Coordinator is a Part-Time position, working as part of the CCMC team, delivering professional customer service to create a welcoming environment for all.

What you’ll accomplish :

• Open and close facilities, based upon shift work times, per Standard Operating Procedures, respectively
• Circulates throughout the building throughout the entirety of the rental period to ensure the safety of users and security of the clubhouse and surrounding amenities (i.e., pickleball, pool / spa, etc.)
• Ensure members of the rental group stay within the boundaries of their assigned rental space
• May act as manager on duty (MOD) if assigned
• Provides a great experience by assisting the rental group with needs and requests, equipment knowledge (A / V and Lighting), and assistance, cleaning / sanitizing equipment after member use as may be needed

What we’re looking for :

If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
