Unit Overview

Join a high-acuity 22-bed CVICU / Medical ICU at a top-tier facility in vibrant St. Louis, MO. Our team manages complex cardiac and medical cases with a focus on excellence and accountability. Patient ratios are 1 : 2, utilizing cutting-edge equipment like Impella, IABP, Prismaflex CRRT, Zoll internal cooling device, and Arctic Sun. EMR : Epic.

Float Requirements : May float to other stepdown units based on staffing needs.

Key Requirements

Must-Have Experience & Skills :

Preferred Experience :

Medical ICU patients with cardiac emphasis (arrhythmias, STEMI, post-arrest)

Licensure & Certifications

Preferred : TNCC

Scheduling & Availability

Dress Code

Unacceptable Attire : Hats, non-Mercy jackets / sweatshirts, AirPods, or anything outside of standard black scrubs
