Description :

Looking for a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse.

The position requires a commitment to a 13-week duration.

Shifts will be day shifts working 3 times per week.

Nurses will be responsible for a patient ratio of 2.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.

Travel experience is required.

Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring are mandatory.

Candidates will assist with high-risk deliveries and provide support in various procedures.

Responsibilities also include newborn assessments, monitoring fetal heart rates, and postpartum care.

The nurse will participate in patient education regarding procedures and care.

The ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team is essential.

The work environment includes neonatal and adult patient populations.

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with advanced fetal monitoring and various clinical procedures.

The role involves assisting with both vaginal and cesarean deliveries.

Candidates must be prepared to manage emergencies and provide high-quality patient care.
