Production Supervisor — Build Your Team. Build Your Career.

The Opportunity

Step into a visible leadership role with a U.S. manufacturer known for stability, scale, and doing things the right way. This isn't "babysit the line." It's own-the-shift leadership where your decisions move the metrics—and your career.

Why You'll Love It

  • Real Growth Path : Clear runway from Supervisor ? Senior Supervisor / Manager ? Multi-site leadership for top performers.
  • Respect + Resources : Strong systems, cross-functional support, and leaders who actually listen.
  • Well-Rounded Rewards : Competitive salary with bonus potential, solid health benefits, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and practical perks (uniforms, boots / PPE, and training that actually helps).
  • Culture That Wins : Safety first, quality always, zero drama. Your team's ideas get tested—not buried.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a production team in a high-volume environment—coaching, scheduling, and removing roadblocks so people can do their best work.
  • Drive safety, quality, and output using KPIs, tier meetings, and simple visual controls.
  • Partner with maintenance, planning, and QA to hit plan, every shift.
  • Triage issues fast, escalate smart, and document what you change so wins stick.
  • Model a "calm under pressure" presence that sets the tone for the floor.
  • What We're Looking For

  • Front-line leadership in manufacturing / operations (shift lead, team lead, or supervisor experience).
  • Strong command of daily management tools (standard work, root cause, 5S, basic problem-solving).
  • A coach's mindset—clear expectations, fair accountability, consistent follow-through.
  • Communicator and connector : you can align ops, maintenance, quality, and logistics without the turf wars.
  • Bias for action : you don't wait for perfect; you create momentum and measure results.
  • Success Looks Like

  • OSHA-clean safety record and well-run Gemba.
  • First-pass yield up, downtime down, schedule attainment on target.
  • Turnover lower than benchmark because people feel led, not just managed.
  • Simple, sustainable improvements that survive shift changes.
