Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract position is available for two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) serving preschool through 5th grade students in an elementary school setting located in Jeffersonville, IN. This opportunity spans the current school year, offering 37.5 hours per week with an onsite work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 50-60 students from preschool through 5th grade.
  • Collaborate with educational staff to support student communication and learning needs.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state standards.

Qualifications :

  • Valid Indiana SLP Certification required.
  • Credentials such as SLP-CCC, experience in pediatric settings, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and prior school-based SLP experience are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to deliver services onsite and flexibility to adapt to virtual modalities if necessary.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
