ERP Systems Analyst

Location : Garrettsville, OH

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000

We are seeking a skilled ERP Systems Analyst to lead ERP analytics and support key business systems across manufacturing and operations. This role is ideal for a technically driven professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about leveraging ERP data to drive business insights and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze and document manufacturing, operational, and business workflows to identify opportunities for ERP optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP capabilities with business objectives

Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and data models

Design, develop, and deploy ERP system enhancements and analytical solutions

Lead troubleshooting efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes

Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data queries using ERP data

Support ERP integrations with third-party systems and internal applications

Maintain system documentation and support end-user training and adoption initiatives

Preferred Technical Expertise :

Strong ERP background, with hands-on experience in systems such as Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) or similar

Proficient in SQL and relational databases with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze ERP data

Familiar with methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and EOS for structured project execution

Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, process flows, and system integration principles

Experience creating data visualizations and reports to support decision-making at all levels

Qualifications :

5-7 years in a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst role with a focus on ERP systems

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field

Excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a problem-solving approach
